How does the coaching process work?

The coaching process starts with an initial free consultation to discuss your goals and determine compatibility both ways. We call it the ‘chemistry call’. This will allow me to find out more about the areas you want to work and for you to get to know me. If you decide to proceed, coaching sessions are scheduled regularly, usually weekly or biweekly via video calls. During the sessions, I will ask powerful questions, provide guidance, and help you develop action plans to achieve your desired outcomes.

We will not disclose any information shared during the sessions unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
