The Founder
My name is Sinthujah, Sinthu or Sindy for short. I am a Certified Coach and Psychologist as well as a Chartered Management Accountant with over 15 years of international experience in the corporate world, specifically in Banking with Goldman Sachs in London and New York. The Covid pandemic was a turning point in my life. It gave me time to pause and reflect. A high-flying career in the City of London, was not enough anymore. After having qualified as a Mental Health First Aider in the workplace, I came across too many professionals, who were suffering in silence. The daily pressure to perform, coupled with the lack of time for themselves and their loved ones affected their physical and mental health, as well as their performance. I needed to do something about it. I then pursued a Masters in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health and qualified as a coach. Today, my mission is to help professionals in the corporate world perform at their best, without having to neglect their physical and mental health. I specialise in performance optimisation, transition, and wellbeing. I use a variety of techniques, including psychological coaching and neuroscience-backed methods, leveraging the mind body connection, to help you perform at an optimal level and be at your best in all areas of your life.
